Cherie Parker has been a practicing attorney for over 27 years. She served as an elected public official on the Belleair Beach, FL City Council as the Deputy Presiding Officer and Chair of the Personnel Committee.
She currently actively represents clients in all aspects of Family Law including adoption, paternity, divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, dependency, and post judgment matters.
Cherie Parker is Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil, Family, and County Mediator and has served as a judge pro-temp. She currently serves as a member of the Florida Bar’s Consumer Protection Committee and the Clearwater Bar’s Family Law Section and Client Relations Committee.
She holds degrees from the University of California, and Golden Gate University. Her legal experience includes dissolutions, wrongful death cases, civil trial litigation, criminal defense, personal injury law, toxic tort litigation, wrongful termination, eviction, and products liability litigation, in addition to automobile accident litigation. She has handled complex litigation matters involving hundreds of witnesses and hundreds of thousands of documents in cases involving difficult legal issues and sophisticated scientific evidence.
She has tried hundreds of Jury Trials and is listed in the “Who’s Who of American Women” and the “Who’s Who of America Lawyers.”
