Joe's Academy of Music

Our goal at Joe’s Academy of Music is not just to teach you how to play music, or just provide guitar lessons in Queens, but also how to love it. We want you to grow in your musicality, develop a passion for music, and learn the joy of playing an instrument. Our program is designed around your child’s interests and his or her ability level so that they can grow into an independent musician. We offer age-appropriate classes that help children learn what they want to learn—the fundamentals of music theory and performance skills—in a way that is fun and engaging for both teacher and student alike! We believe that art education should be available to everyone, regardless of their socio-economic status or race. And we know that it can be done! Through our efforts, we have been able to provide students across the country with access to art programs that were previously unavailable or underfunded.
